1. COVENANT NOT TO COMPETE In consideration of the Employee's employment or continued employment with the Employer, the Employee agrees that during the term of their employment and for a period of **[DURATION]** thereafter, the Employee shall not, directly or indirectly, engage in any business that competes with the Employer within **[GEOGRAPHIC_AREA]**.

2. NON-SOLICITATION OF CUSTOMERS The Employee agrees that during the term of their employment and for the restricted period following termination, they will not solicit or attempt to solicit any customers or clients of the Employer for the purpose of providing competing products or services.

3. NON-SOLICITATION OF EMPLOYEES The Employee agrees not to solicit or encourage any employee of the Employer to leave their employment for any reason during the restricted period.

4. CONFIDENTIALITY The Employee acknowledges that they will have access to trade secrets and confidential information of the Employer and agrees to maintain the absolute confidentiality of such information at all times.

5. REASONABLENESS OF RESTRICTIONS The Employee acknowledges that the restrictions set forth in this Agreement are reasonable and necessary to protect the legitimate business interests of the Employer.
